Supervisor Cleaner

We’re seeking detail-oriented and reliable Cleaners to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for both residential and commercial clients. As a Cleaner at Tam-Ber, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ spaces are spotless, welcoming, and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest hygiene standards.
• Handle new construction clean-ups, ensuring all debris is removed and the site is pristine.
• Use Tam-Ber’s industry-leading equipment, including Makita tools, to deliver top-tier results.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
